Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the replacement rod clips for your BAKFlip tonneau cover. These are going to be those little clips where the support rod that keeps your tonneau cover folded up in that storage position. So you can have it open and get access to all your stuff inside your bed. Those little clips, or those little rods need to have a place to store whenever they're not in use. So this is that clip that holds them in place.
You can take a closer look at it. This does fit with a lot of different BAKFlip tonneau covers. So a complete list of the compatible covers is there on the screen. Make sure that yours is one of those listed, but these little clips, just look like that. So that's where your rod goes to hold the rod whenever it's not in use.You do get two clips.
So one for either side of your tonneau cover. These are made in the USA and they are a direct replacement from BAKFlip. So again, just going to give you a couple angles there. Make sure that it's the right one for your application. But that should fix it.
It's a pretty easy part to break. It's kind of right there along the sidewall of your bed. So it's pretty easy for those to get knocked off or snapped or something happen to them.That's pretty much all there is to it for our look at the replacement rod clips for your BAKFlip hard tonneau cover. Replaces the prop rod clips needed for your BAKFlip hard tonneau cover.The Replacement Prop Rod Clips for my BAKFlip bed cover worked perfectly for my 2018 Ford F150 Lariat and are very easy to install. I would recommend purchasing these Clips for your specific application. I am glad that 2 clips are included, it is nice to have a backup.
Fit and function are exceptional, price... wow. For two pieces of polymer it seems excessive, but they work as intended.
