It includes (14) 1" x 2" hook-and-loop fasteners designed to stick to a spray-on bed liner. This installation kit also provides an adhesive promoter that you apply to the surface of the bed to help the hook-and-loop fasteners stick to the surface.

This is a great replacement Velcro kit, it was shipped out quickly and I received it in excellent condition.
Nice add-on for the bed rug, to keep the velcro tabs stuck to a sprayed on lining.
