Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this 10 inch diameter lube plate for the Blue Ox 5th wheel hitches. Now, this lube plate will prevent scratches on your 5th wheel hitch skid plate. It installs very easily, you just slip it over the king pin, and allows the trailer's king pin to slide into the hitch very easily, there's no need for using any messy grease on your hookup. The dimension again on this is gonna be 10 inch diameter, and if we measure that from one end to the other, there's your 10 inch measurement. And just to give you an idea, I happen to pull an example, here's a king pin like would be on your 5th wheel.

So basically, all you do is just install this right over that up in the plate, and when your king pin goes through into the hitch head and connects into place, it'll provide a nice surface for it to slide on, and again, not having to use any messy grease.
