Hello, everybody, this is Jeff with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement six amp diode for the Blue Ox Tow bar wiring kit. This is for a quantity of one diode. Now the diodes are going to prevent electrical feedback and damage it can cause to your towed car's electrical components. This part here will act this part of a complete wiring system to connect your RV's tail brake and turn signal lights to the towed vehicle's light system. This diode is a nice molded and sealed keeps out any moisture.

Diode makes wiring simple and prevents damage from electrical feedback.The Blue Ox Accessory Kit for the Aventa LX Tow Bar, the extra (2) Diodes, the Fuse By-Pass Switch, the Aventa LX Tow Bar and the Patriot Brake Unit all arrived in tact and in a timely manner. I really appreciate the help in defining what I need to tow my '09 Yukon behind our new Newmar Dutch Star. So far the wiring is complete - and works! I hope to have the Tow Bar hardware done this week - i'll try and get a picture. Thanks again!
