Instead of needing a new hitch when I upsized my vehicle they had just the right parts to make going from 2” to 2-1/2” a painless and budget friendly.
Exactly what I needed for my 2023 Sierra 2500. Extends a little farther than other hitches and keeps the tailgate from hitting the jack. Used with 9k enclosed trailer with weight distribution hitch.
First of all, etrailer had it available. Works well. I've had several transactions with etrailer & they haven't disappointed me, yet.
Great product but showed up missing parts and I had to spend $136 to express ship the replacement so that I could make the trip we were set to go on. Not happy that I had to spend so much money to get a part that was missing from the box due to no fault of my own….
Got a new pickup didn't want to use the reducer on my hitch this worked perfect. Blue Ox makes a great product
Never underestimate the importance of employees having product knowledge. Etailer employees top the list in that category. They said it would work for my needs and it's perfect.
This shank allowed me to level my trailer with a new 3/4 pickup, as they get bigger every few years, and it allows me to forget the hassle of lining up the holes in the receiver with a 2" shank and adapter for a 2 1/2" receiver. With the weight and bulk of hitches this small improvement is quite nice.

Upgraded trucks and needed to upgrade to a larger (2.5) shank with a longer drop as well. Blue Ox products have worked well for me.
I went with the 2.5x2.5 shank to eliminate the 2.5x2.0 bushing. Needed the extra holes the 9 hole provided to pull level. Great 3 day response time. Give these people a chance to earn your business.

Works as expected, eliminating long, hole line up time during hitch change out. Waiting on a 3 shank to eliminate bushings altogether. When it comes out Ill be buying one from here.
I needed additional drop on my Blue Ox weight distribution hitch when I bought a RAM Powerwagon. This longer shank worked perfectly! An added plus was the 2 1/2 inch shank that was the same as my receiver hitch. No more adapter that rattles all the time. My trailer now sits level. Thank you.
This was just as described. I upgraded my truck to a 2500 and found the 2" tongue hitch that came with my tow package would not lower enough to make my travel trailer level. This dropped it about 3 more inches which worked perfect. It also allows for more tongue weight which is very nice.

This adapter allowed me to use my existing weight distribution hitch in my new truck.
Did not work. Because the back was not smooth the bolt would not hold my hitch connection tight. Didn’t have time to return because I was going to an out of state job and because the paint was scratched. Its just laying on the floor at home never to be used.
If you have 2.5" shank receiver tow hitch in a 3/4 ton truck like my Ram 2500, this part fits much tighter and is safer all around as compared to using an adapter to make a 2" receiver shaft fit a 2.5" hitch. Less wear, less noise, better control. It is also very well build with excellent finish and the proper sized pin. And etrailer service is the BEST!

Still PERFECT!
No more of the rattle I experienced when using the 2” to 2 1/2” adapter on my RAM 2500.
The part arrived sooner than anticipated and was exactly what I was looking for, great service, both customer and information wise, very happy with my experience at etrailer.com, it will be the first place I go for future replacement parts.

Works great upgraded to a 2020 Ford F250 with a 2 12 receiver and needed the larger hitch bar.
Trying to buy a product that's unfamiliar to me was daunting,but your staff was very informative and so helpful that it made the process easier than I thought, I would highly recommend etrailer to all my friends, thanks again
Enables us to use our existing Blue Ox Swaypro on our new truck with a 2 1/2” receiver instead of using an adapter. Also, we needed to lower the hitch ball because the truck is higher than previous vehicle. It worked great.
