Today we're going to take a look at the BULLDOG Winch one-and-a half gallon onboard air tank. Now this onboard air tank lets you store and transport compressed air on your jeep, truck, RV, or other vehicles, where limited mounting space is available. This is perfect for use with tire inflation and air horns, air lockers, and other small air tools. This will hold one-and-a-half gallons of compressed air.Now it does have many ports on it. It includes right here on the front, two three-eighths inch diameter female NPT ports, and then it has six one-quarter inch female NPT ports, one, two, three, four, and then two on the end, five, six.Now this is a nice steel tank, has a black e-coating for corrosion resistance. It does come with the included mounting hardware to let you easily mount this tank to your vehicle.
Again, the tank capacity is one-and-a-half gallons. We mentioned the inflation port, six of the quarter inch female NCTs, two of the three-eighths inch female NPT ports. Maximum PSI on this tank is 150.A few dimensions on this. We're going to measure first through the height, from the bottom to the top of the port is what we measured. So the overall height of it is eight-and-one-eighth inches tall.
The length of it from the ends of these ports to the ends of these ports, is going to be right at 11-and-seven-eighths inches long. And then the width of it again is going to be this end of this port to the end of this port. So it's going to be right at about seven-and-one-eighth inches wide. Now the mounting bracket, it has two mounting brackets. Each mounting bracket is going to be five inches long, one-and-three-sixteenths inches wide, and the mounting holes center to center is right at four inches. Same on this one.
And then the overall length on the mounting bracket from this edge to this edge is seven-and-one-eighth inches. And the mounting holes center to center this way is six inches. And we do also offer different types of fittings for this air tank that will fit into these ports and they are listed on this product page as related products. Gives you a choice of a drain cock for the bottom here, safety valves, and then different airline fittings. But again, they're listed on the product page at the bottom as related products. But that should do it for the review on the BULLDOG Winch one-and-a-half gallon onboard air tank.

Too many ports for my needs but that's what the plugs are for. Most important it allows
a water drain valve regardless of the position.
Thanks. Steve
After confirming this tank will fit where I want it. It was ordered. Can’t wait for the install date, which we won’t set up until the tool box comes in. These folks are truely professionals.
