Hello, neighbors and friends, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our BulletProof Hitches Receiver Locks for adjustable ball mounts with a total of four-inch span, a nice matte black color, and you can get 'em in quantities one, two, or three. So, folks, if you need one, two, or three, get the corresponding item number there. So, for instance, if you wanted quantity one, Item Number BPH73RR is what you would need. Quantity two, BPH83RR, and if you want quantity three, BPH23RR. Now, these locking pins do replace the standard hitch pin and clips.
They're gonna prevent theft of your adjustable ball mount and hitches. So, why would you need one, two, or three Well, the first pin would just lock the adjustable ball mount to your hitch receiver. The second pin would then secure that platform to the ball mount itself, and if you need a third one, you could secure the pintle hook lock or maybe another accessory to that ball mount as well. Now, they are made of a nice heavy-duty stainless steel with an over-textured powder coat in black. It's super corrosion-resistant.
It's weather-resistant with the rubber cap here. That's gonna keep water, dust, debris and everything out, and the contoured handle here makes it really easy to grip whenever you're putting it in and out. Now, if you see these little plastic spacers here, those are basically your anti-rattle/reducer sleeves. So, let's say you wanted a three-inch, that'd be for the three-inch. If you need to go down to a two-inch, you would use this adapter here to take up that extra space, and if you wanted a 2 1/2 inch shank, you'd use the smaller one to give you that distance that you need for the 2 1/2 inch shank.
So, that's what these guys are for. You'd probably have to put them in your glove box if you're just using a full three-inch wand, but again, you'd just put 'em on however many you need. You'd put this guy back on, lock it in place, and then the R-clip here as they're calling it, that goes through the hole here, and that just helps prevent everything from rattling as well once you get the hitch and everything locked in place. Now, you will get two keys per each lock, and if you order the set of two or three, the keys obviously would be a keyed alike. Now, the overall length is 7 5/8 inches long.
The usable length, whenever it's locked is four inches, and then it goes down, depending on which adapter sleeve you need or use. The pin is a 5/8-inch-thick pin, and the sheer strength is rated at 36,000 pounds. So, again, you can use these for two-inch, 2 1/2 or three-inch hitches. Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up. Just again, make sure you're getting the right part, and for the quantity that you need. I'm Steven, thanks so much for watching, and have a great day.
