Heavy Duty 5 Position Channels from Buyers Products connect your trailer's coupler or tow eye at the correct height for level towing. The towing components simply bolt onto the channel at the height that meets your need. The channel is built of strong, 1/2" thick formed steel. It is welded to your trailer tongue and includes gussets you can weld on for extra support.

Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the five position heavy duty channel with the gussets. Now this heavy duty five position channel will connect your trailer's coupler O nut ring at the correct hight for level towing. The towing components will just simply bolt into the channel here at the hight to meet your needs. And it gives you five different positions. Basically you have one, two, three, four and five. The channel is built of a strong half inch thick formed steel, it is welded to your trailer tongue, it includes the gussets that you can weld on for extra support if needed.Has a nice plain finish to it.
A few dimensions on this, we're going to give you the overall hight, it's going to be right at 11 and 5/8 inches. Overall width, outside outside is right at four inches and the inside is right at three inches. Last measurement I want to give you is the mounting hole measurements, in other words, center to center between the mounting holes. It's going to be right at two inches.But that should do it for the review on the five position heavy duty channel with the gussets.

I cut the channel down because I only needed a pair of holes in my application. The channel itself is fine, but it does not mate up with the lunette ring very well. As you can see there are pretty substantial gaps on either side of the lunette ring. I ended up having to use some washers to keep everything from being too sloppy. This is not an etrailer problem but a Buyers Products issue.
