I had to replace my standard 5th wheel hitch with this because my RV has a Reese Revolution system. Hooking up is smoother and feels more secure. Very smooth towing with no noise or slack. I suggest getting the wedge kit .
Curt A25 fifth wheel hitch... received in record time ,box was damaged and the pull arm was bent. Called Etrailer and they sent me another pull arm immediately. Great customer service, will continue to do business here. Thanks Molly and George
What a great experience. What could have been a disappointment, Kim and the other Customer Service personnel were great. A damaged box resulted in a missing handle for my 5th wheel mount and etrailer staff made it right and expedited the missing part to me so I could pick up my new camper on time. I am sold on etrailer. Thanks for all you do!!!!!
Works great! I am sorry I did not buy it in the beginning. But, I didn't know what I was doing and the original sales person (not e-trailer) was not very helpful. I am very happy with the service I got from E-trailer
Will use etrailer again and again. Fast delivery. My Curt A16 head upgrade came with no damage. I've ordered several times and If there are issues with the products delivered they make it right and then some. There QA sessions are terrific.

The package arrived complete and with no damage. I was a little disappointed that prior to placing the order delivery was stated to arrive on the 21st of July and was in stock but after the order was placed the delivery date kept being pushed back. It arrived on the 24th. We called etrailer as we saw the delivery date changed but was told they could do nothing to expedite the order due to labor shortages. Had we known before placing the order we would have looked for other alternatives. We needed the part because we were stuck at a campsite and it cost us $90 more dollars in fees to stay.

Installed on truck, haven't tried hitching yet, looks great and hope it meets all the good reviews
Product arrived in a timely manner, everything was there and installation was easy! My complaint is I couldn’t buy the part I broke (jaws) I had to buy the entire assembly but it looks like an updated version. I am very satisfied!

I love the product. Thats why I bought a second one when I destroyed the first one. I contacted Curt and we never could resolve the problem being able to put the Teflon plate between the fifth wheel in the hitch. I called to see if they could help you with that problem and they were puzzled. Sent numerous pictures so it must be on my end but I dont understand why the original hitch I purchased work very well and then I replace the head and the Teflon plate will not work there just not enough room but as far as the product goes I think its the best one out there its quiet no clunking. I hear all kinds of stories but this one works flawless.
