Ordered this for my 2016 Ram 3500. The truck is stock but is still higher than the previous 1500. In setting it up for a trailer height and weight distribution hitch height of 19 inches I found that there were still had three holes below the bottom bolt of the hitch. It has worked flawlessly and would recommend this shank. PS. The shank is 9.5 inches from the ground. Still plenty of clearance.
Works as expected. Wish there was less “slop”. When not connected to a trailer I can hear it bounce around in my receiver. There are a few entrances that I do drag on. My truck is a stock 2022 ram 3500 dually.

Working great pulling a 32 foot travel trailer
Heavy as hell and built to last, having mounted it and the hitch on it, adjusting and then removing, let me tell you this is seriously built and sturdy. I will have confidence in towing my 6500 lb RV from my lifted 4WD (4") utilizing the drop capability of this hitch. Needed 2 1/2 inches more drop and still not using the last three holes of capability.
This was a perfect drop hitch for a 2018 ford f350. Bought to use with a reese weight Distribution system and works great. Good product and a great place to buy!

Looks well built and strong but could be a tighter fit going into receiver, seems a little loose to me.
So far, product has performed as advertised. This weight distribution hitch shank is made by Curt but I have a Reese hitch. The Reese hitch head fit like they are made for each other. This will allow my travel trailer to be towed in a level position.
Awesome customer service. Called beginning of May to order the drop shank. Asked if I could hay it before May 21st. Got an email same day that it was shipping out and received it 3 days later. Anytime I am bending something for my trailers or towing. This will be the first place I got. Thanks

The hitch shank is good quality. I bought for a stock 2018 F350 4 wheel drive. It was actually a little longer than I needed. I probably could have gotten by with the shorter shank.
worked great with a hitch that came with a used camper I got. need this to fit my lifted 3/4 ton truck.
Hitch works very good. No need for the sleeve adapter anymore. Only issue I had was it was too much of a drop. Had to cut about three holes off of the bottom. Otherwise I was hitting ground going into driveways.
We were good with order but it was wrong size i called but they say I had to pay to send it back was hoping yall could exchange it but other than that was happy with it

I used the c17132 shank to replace my original 2” camper trailer shank, which was not big enough to fit on my new 2500 ram. It works great. No slack or shake and makes pulling so much better.
