Whole experience with etrailer was awes ome

by:

I ordered this replacement relief valve here, as it is short, which should fit the small space in my trailer water heater. I haven't yet installed it, but I expect no problems, which is why I went with 5 stars rather than 4
Service and delivery were great, as it has been every time I've ordered from etrailer.

by:

RV water heater relief valves are located in difficult places to access so special tools are sometimes required. With the right wrench, removal of the old valve and installation of the new valve takes about 15 minutes. The Camco valve is much smoother operating mechanism that the original allowing positive shut off.

  • Pressure Relief Valve For An Atwood g6a-8e Water Heater
For your Atwood g6a-8e water heater I recommend the Camco RV Water Heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve Item # CAM10473. According to the repair manuals for that model. • Fogatti Tankless Water Heater Drains Every Time It Is Used
I reached out to the manufacturer and it would seem you probably have an open/faulty Drain screw. Pull off DRAIN PIPE and use 3/16" flat blade screwdriver to make sure DRAINAGE SCREW is tightened all the way clockwise in its housing. Replace DRAIN PIPE and test. This can be just dripping to a full blown spray. There is not an adjustment...
