Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this replacement 3 3/8 inch Dual-Handle Quick-Connect Shower Valve for the D&W Spray-Away RV and marine unit, and this one is in the white color. Now, this part here will replace the dual-handle shower valve on your D&W Spray-Away unit. It is designed to fit the D&W exterior hose hookup, part number PF24720, which we sell separately on our website. And I just wanna pop up an insert to show you what that hookup looks like, and you can see this is what is on the inside there. Now, the quick-connect valve right here in the center makes it very easy to hook up and disconnect the hose to your RV or your boat.
The dual-handle design on this has the knobs, allows you to turn on the hot or cold water. And when we say it's a 3 3/8 inch size, basically, what that measurement is, that's the distance between the inlets here. So if we put a ruler on it, if we measured center to center, is 3 3/8 inches. They do use plastic compression valve stems to enable the faucet to fully shut on and off. Has a nice durable plastic underbody and construction with the included nuts to install it.
Now, the center shower valve itself is actually a metal construction, and again, has the quick-connect on it. It is a white color. I wanna give you a few dimensions on this, we're gonna do the overall width from this end to this end. So if we put a ruler on it, you can see it's gonna measure 5 5/8 inches wide. The height of it, the center's gonna be the tallest point, it's about two inches tall.
And the depth, what I'm gonna measure is the part from when this is installed to where the furthest part that sticks out, which is gonna be the center, so the center here to right there. You can see if we put a ruler on that, there's your three inch depth on it. Now, the water inlets in the back here, the inner diameter on them is a half an inch, outer diameter of 13/16 of an inch. We mentioned the distance between the two, center to center, 3 3/8 inches. And then the length of them, from the back here to the very end, is gonna be right at 1 1/2 inches.

Faucet was exactly how described and was a perfect fit for my Arctic Fox truck camper.

Thank you etrailer!! Product is exactly what I expected for 1/3 the price of OUTBACK original OEM replacement faucet. It did require a small modification of the mounting holes in the side compartment. Had to slightly enlarge the installation holes to 3 3/8" given this was not a OEM duplicate 4" replacement faucet for my KEYSTONE 28KRS. A small coping saw blade made easy work of installation. Faucet sealed perfectly in place once I removed a small amount of material. Total time to replace less than 30 minutes.
As a replacement for the D&W industries spray port, this replacement faucet is a perfect fit which is easy to replace, taking about 15 minutes to replace and test. Since D&W does not offer this part on their site, I was pleased that this part was offered on Etrailer.com where the service was excellent. I did not want to replace the entire spray port as it is just a box that houses the faucet and is sealed at the exterior skin of the camper we have. I am not sure why they do not offer just the faucet but this is an easy fix. Thank you ETrailer.com
I looked all over locally to find this 3/38 version of my outdoor quick-connect valve set. Struck out everywhere, even on other website searches. I found etrailer and was very relieved that they carried the model I needed. It was delivered quickly and was exactly what I needed to make my repair.

This product was as described, and arrived timely. The outdoor shower in the 2013 Winnebago ERA had been “frozen” and multiple attempts to get it working failed. Several “blogs” made suggestions, and ultimately after ruling out the lesser options, we decided to purchase this product. Silly us for waiting so long - it was literally hand-tighten, and for $25 it got the issue resolved~. Excellent product, excellent purchase source. 100% satisfied.

Still working great!!
Needed to replace my old exterior spray away faucet. Ordered other products from other sites. All failed. Finally ordered from etrailer and everything was perfect. Right size, product description was right on.
Faucet is all plastic, but that is all you can get for this application. It is a drop in replacement for the original. R&R took only a few minutes.
Product was as advertised. Arrived promptly.
Installation was simple and product fully resolved the problem I was having with the old unit.
A simple cost effective solution.

Great. Unfortunately with the pandemic we did not get out as much as we wanted. Our camper and the fixture sat in the storage yard all season.
This is great for its compact size and quick connect hose. I hope to use the hose by connecting the quick connect to my compressor then the male hose end to the city water connection to blow out my lines when I winterize this year.
I had to replace this faucet due to improper winterization. The replacement installed easy and works just like the factory installed faucet. I've never had a problem winterizing any part of a camper before - we'll see how it goes this year. If I have the same problem, I'll probably consider a different type of external faucet.
perfect replacement on my E2 Fleetwood exterior shower, customer service was extremely helpful in confirming the dimensions of this product.
Cheaply built but it works okay. Quick connect can be difficult to get the hose released.
The D&W Dual Handle Faucet was an exact replacement for mine which was defective. The order was promptly delivered, fit perfectly and works fine.
Could not be happier with the service.
