Hey everybody, Ryan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be checking out the replacement tabs for Demco and etrailer invisible type base plates. One of these replacement tabs are pretty straightforward and it's something you probably don't think about until you need one, right And these aren't super easy to find. You can't just run into town and grab something like this. So, you know, if you have a, a Demco or etrailer base plate and you end up with one of these that have gone missing, you know maybe you misplaced it, maybe one that got damaged somehow or maybe even, you're like me and you know, these kind of harder to find parts you just like to have backups, right Just in case something happens and you're over the road you don't want to get hung up and and stranded, right So this could be a great solution for those of you trying to accomplish any of those tasks or other tasks, you know, whatever. Whatever you're trying to do or come up with they're gonna work just like the original ones did.
You know, put them in, rotate about a quarter turn. And they even come with a new wire clip too. They'll just lock right into place and you're ready to hook up. These are gonna come as a set of two. So you're gonna get the pair to be able to replace.
And like I said, they're also gonna come with those wire clips. So everything you're gonna need. These are gonna work with several different types of tow bars. Blue Ox tow bars, etrailer tow bars, Demco tow bars, maybe some others. I do know for example, Roadmaster tow bars you can pair these up with if you use an adaptor end.
On the end of that Roadmaster tow bar. And you can find some of that information here at etrailer if that's what you're trying to do. But you know, other than that really not a whole lot to 'em. Well made and essentially identical to the ones that came with your original base plate. And that'll finish up our look at of the replacement tabs for Demco and etrailer invisible type base plates.

Very high quality! I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler that was previously used as a tow vehicle behind a motor home. The prior owner kept some of the tow hitch equipment. This is my first time towing a vehicle and was not sure exactly what was needed or how to do it. Etrailer helped me determine exactly what I needed to complete my towing setup. I would have given a excellent review but one of the holes wasn't fully drilled out. but seems to be good quality.

I need the tabs because my base plate replaces the recovery hooks on the front of my jeep. I will use these as recovery points. Not sure if I can add something or weld something on. Will just have to find something. I looked for 4 months for these before I found them here.
It’s awesome everything came in on date they they said it would. There was a little problem in shipping the freight company tore the box lost apartment they sent the new part to me within a couple days no question I asked . Very pleased with the way it installed on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon . If I need any other parts for my jeep wrangler I will be ordering them through etrailer
