Jeff: Hello, everybody. This Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this Demco Kar Kaddy Winch Pawl Repair Parts Kit. Now this will let you repair your Demco Tow Dolly Winch Pawl with this kit. It does work with the Demco Kar Kaddy 3, the Kar Kaddy SS, and the Kar Kaddy X tow dollies.This kit will include everything laid out here on the table. Includes this winch pawl ratchet, the stainless steel winch pawl bushing, it goes on the inside there.
The winch pawl spring, and includes one hex head bolt with the epoxy on the bolt itself, and a flat washer. These parts are made in the USA, but that should do it for the review on this Demco Kar Kaddy Winch Pawl Repair Parts Kit..

Repair the winch pawl on your Demco Kar Kaddy tow dolly with this kit. Works with Demco Kar Kaddy 3 (DM9713046), Kar Kaddy SS (DM9713045), and Kar Kaddy X (DM9713093).Took a couple of minutes and a 9/16" socket to install. Diagram included with package made the install easy. The original pawl came up missing when I went to take my car off the dolly(700 mile trip). Called etrailer and received the part on the timeline anticipated.
This is the lock for the lever I needed to repair my wore out and missing Kat Kaddy car dolly tire ratchets. Very happy, they work like they’re brand new(because they are).
Absolutely correct replacement for my Demco KK260. I was very excited to be able to get these and get my winch back in working order. I was prepared to make this piece but for the price, I was better off just ordering it. Quick shipping, and securely packed. Very pleased.
I think the pawl repair kit will work just fine, for one thing I know, the originals are worn out

What I ordered, had one issue the spacer would not fit in the leaver but a simple file to smooth out the edges worked. Giving 5 stars because shipping was fast and I got it in 4 days to NJ. Cast aluminum parts so they have little control over the quality control.
