The box delivered is too large and awkward. Part of the assembly was missing. Otherwise I am very pleased and am and will remain a returning customer.
Perfect is all I can say about this product. Exact match and extremely easy installation. I ordered my parts on Thursday and received them the next day. They were OEM Dexter parts not some aftermarket stuff, and they were 60 dollars cheaper than any local trailer parts places I checked at. Great parts, Great price, Great service !!!!!! My kinda place.

Assembly did not come with new mounting bolts so make sure you save the originals or get new ones
Product is great, but delivery by ups was a problem, product was damaged! I was unable to return product as I was in process of installation!
