  Yes you can reuse the spindle nut as long as its threads are not ruined and it has good form/fit/function. If you do need a new one or want a spare for future use you can get some here. Replacement Spindle Nut for Dexter Nev-R-Lube Hub and Drum Assemblies - Qty 1 # 6-183. It should be noted that under no circumstance should you torque the nut that high. You need to adjust it just enough to allow a slight drag. Over torque keeps the bearings from working properly and will ruin them immediately.

  Normally we use channel locks for spindle nuts. But the Nev-R-Lube hubs are a different animal. You will need a 1-7/16 inch 6 or 12 point socket for a Nev-R-Lube nut # 6-183. When you are ready to reinstall it you will need a torque wrench capable of 145 to 155 foot pounds such as # ALL944001.
