Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Dexter Replacement Plug and Play Electric-over-Hydraulic Actuator. This is going to be a plug-and-play pump that replaces the electric-over-hydraulic brake actuator, and SD control module for your Dexter BrakeRite II Severe Duty, with the part number that you see on the screen there. So, if you do have that Dexter BrakeRite II, you can trust this is going to work for you. It is gonna be a direct replacement from Dexter, so you're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that. If you do have a Titan BrakeRite II, this will still work for you.
If you're not familiar, Titan was acquired by Dexter back in 2015, and so this is going to be the replacement part that you need, as well. And they're continuing that BrakeRite II line. So, it is going to work for your model, as well, and this is gonna fit right in place of that original. You've got your hydraulic line connection here. If I can pop off that cap, you can see.
Hook up our hydraulic lines there. And then we've got the three plugs here that are going to allow you to connect your battery cable, breakaway switch, and wiring harness directly to the pump. Now, the wiring harness is sold separately. You can find it here at etrailer.com using that part number that you see on the screen there, if you are needing to replace that, as well. But, overall, great option here, if you are needing to replace that electric-over-hydraulic actuator, this is gonna be exactly what you need.
