Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this Durabilt Double Clevis Link for 3/8" thick grade 70 chains. It has a 6,600 pound working load limit. Just to zoom in and show you a closeup. This double clevis link will connect the chain to another piece of tie-down equipment.
This is a grade 70 heat treated carbon steel, which is very durable and you can see the whole link is a gold chromate zinc finish to help resist corrosion. Again, the application, it is designed to fit 3/8" thick grade 70 chain. Now the chain we do sell separately on our website. And a safe working load limit on this is 6,600 pounds, but the way you would attach them is you just pull out your small cotter pin here, slide the large pin out, and then you can hook it to the link or whatever equipment you're hooking it to. Same on this side.
