I was replacing some parts on a trailer I damaged. The CS lady was very helpful and intuitive as well.
I say this because there are almost no markings on a jack I needed to replace and I was adding some new parts(a winch and a strap) I had no idea what size to get. She got it exactly right on all 3 pieces. Fair price, shipped timely and professionally packaged as well. These guys are good!

works great. Bolt that Came with it was too Long. Had to take a hacksaw and cut the end off the bolt but is now working good. A lot better than the old rope I had.

The items nearest to your description are the Dutton-Lainson # DL6148 rated for 2600-lbs break strength and part # DL24239 rated for 4000-lbs break strength.
