Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at the replacement axle strap. This is the bracket that goes underneath your axle to help secure your airbags in place for your Firestone Ride-Rite air helper springs. This is that piece that goes underneath that axle. It rests right here in that groove.

Then your bolts come down through and the nut secures on the other side. If something happened to your original bracket, you need a new one, this is going to be a direct replacement for you. Now, again, this is a direct replacement from Firestone, but let be giving you some reference measurements just to make sure that this is the right one for you. Measures about 7.75 inches long from edge to edge. It's about 1.5 inches wide and about an inch tall.This does work for the air helper spring kit part number F2598.

That's going to be for the Dodge Rams from '14 to '19, 2014 to 2019.
