  Yes you can replace the Firestone # F2525 lower brackets with part # F5702 and # F5703 and you will have converted your kit to one that fits with the B and W Turnoverball # BWGNRK1104. Essentially you'd have the part # F2542 at this point.

  There is a way to have a Firestone Ride Rite kit installed on your 2013 Ford F-150 but you'll have to swap out your Firestone kit with the part # F2542 as the # F2525 does not fit with any in-bed hitches whereas the # F2542 can be used only with the B and W part # BWGNRK1104.
