The perch over the axle that my airbag sat on was totally bent. I was thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new setup. After a web search - etrailer had the parts. I thought I was getting my parts on Monday - I don't know what Derek did, but I got my parts on Saturday morning and didn't have to delay my trip!

Item was as described but took some time for delivery. Certain parts were on back order. Email was sent to me concerning issue so good communication.
