Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the high lift jack side mount brackets for your Front Runner Slimline 2 platform racks. Now this is an easy to install mounting system that'll let you transport a high lift jack on your Front Runner Slimline 2 platform rack. And just to show you what we're talking about I'm gonna pop up an insert that'll show you the rack with these brackets installed. And this is designed to work with all sizes of the high lift jacks. One note I do wanna mention, these brackets are not compatible with the slim sport racks.

Basically, these two brackets will install on the side and top channels of your platform rack and allows you to free up rack space for a tent or other gear. And it is very easy to load. All you have to do is place the jack in the brackets, tighten the eye nut down and the wing nut down, and you're all ready to go. The jack is held tight against the brackets to eliminate any rattle. So just to show you here if you unscrew this eye nut right here, once you get that eye nut off, take your washer off.

You can see this bracket will open up. You slide this through one of the holes in your high lift jack, the other end will go into this post right here, and then you'll just close this down, put your washer on, take your eye nut, and then go ahead and tighten that down. And what's nice about is once you get your jack on there I'm going to show you there's two places you could actually put an accessory lock on here to secure the jack to prevent it from being stolen. That accessory lock is sold separately on our website, but just to show you where that lock would go. And you tighten this down.

If you notice there's a hole through the bolt there. So you put that accessory lock through there and then there's a hole over here that you can put that accessory lock through there. Now that accessory lock we mentioned is sold separately. It goes by a part number of FR33HJ. And just to pop up an insert, that's what that lock would look like.

Very easy to install. Now these parts are black powder coated steel construction. They do resist corrosion. And as we mentioned, the application for this is the Front Runner Slimline 2 platform racks. Comes with all the hardware you need and a nice set of instructions that'll describe how this all goes together.
