Video Transcript for Ultimate Overview of the Jack Mounting Bracket for Fulton Marine Jack

Today we're gonna take a quick look at the Jack Mounting Bracket for Fulton Marine Jacks. This is going to allow you to weld on that marine jack onto your trailer, we'll have this tab at the top so we can get that welded on nice and securely. We'll also get our lock nut, and washer, or spacer for our jack to be mounted onto the bracket. Now the distance between our mounting holes is going to be three inches, going from center to center. And that's going to be the same in both directions there. Our tab at the top for welding, is going to be about two and a half inches wide. And about three quarters of an inch long, going from where the bracket ends here, so what would be actually available to you overlaying on the trailer.

That would be the overhang going on your trailer there. Our bracket overall is going to be about four and a half inches wide, and four and a half inches tall. Now again, this is going to work with your Fulton Bolt Through Swivel Marine Jack, as well as a couple of the other Fulton Marine Jacks. So you can definitely pick those up here at etrailor.com, as well as a lot of replacement parts for any of those jacks, either the gear kit or anything else like that. Very good service! First shipment was missing a nut and a sleeve. I called, and the following afternoon I received a second and complete replacement unit. I will go to etrailer for any future trailer needs.

by:

This pc replaced my original one that came on my boat trailer. It was a perfect match to my new dolly wheel that I had bought and wanted to install on my trailer.

by:

etrailer very easy to deal with, shipment was on time, the plate for the jack did not come with the nut, called customer service and the nut was shipped right out lickedy split.

by:

Very good quailty

by:

Excellent service as usual from etrailer. I was able to get a replacement part and my trailer on the road quickly.

by:

Awesome customer service

by:

This part was exactly as described & exactly what I needed to re-purpose our boat jack over to our utility trailer. Simply welded to the trailer & we were good to go. What I really appreciated was the exceptional communication & customer service from George J. at etrailer. The part was back-ordered from the manufacturer for a few weeks & George kept me apprised of the ship dates. I have yet to experience better service on the net. THX George!

works great,very solid mount

by:

This is our second order and it amazes us how fast you process the orders and get them shipped. Keep up the great work.

by:

Product shipped without the spacer or nut, called support and they confirmed the supplier shipped it to them wrong. Sent me a kit that included the nut, spacer, and bolt. Very happy with how quickly this was resolved. Very sturdy.

by:

Works if you or someone you know can weld. Believe they make a bolt on unit if you can’t. Not much more you can say about it unless it didn’t fit the jack which it does.

by:

Worked Great

by:

I was ready to buy a new Jack until I talked to your tech dept. The bushing that came with the kit was all that was needed. The jack is now like new, does not rattle or shake and cranks with ease. Thanks!!!

  • Is There a Fulton XLT Jack Rated for 1,500LBS Which With Fit a 2-1/2" Diameter Snap Ring Bracket?
Fulton's snap-ring jacks like the # FTJ120W0301 are going to top out at 1,200lbs and the 1,500LB Jack # F141132 you found has a bolt-thru design and is not offered in a snap ring. We do offer the 2,000LB Jack # TJB-2002S-B which would fit your snap-ring bracket or you could have your bracket replaced with the Fulton # P9012-00 to use the jack you found.

  • Is Bolt-Through and Weld-On the Same for a Fulton Swivel Marine Jack
In regards to the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack, part # FXP10W0301, bolt-through refers to how the jack attaches to the mounting bracket and weld-on refers to how the mounting bracket attaches to the frame. If the mounting bracket looks like the Jack Mounting Bracket for Fulton Marine Jack part # P9012-00 you will be good to go.

  • Amount of Lift Provided by Fulton 1200 lb Capacity Marine Jack # FXP100W0301
The Fulton Marine Jack you referenced, part # FXP100W0301 has a lift of 10 inches. The bracket height is 14-3/4 when the jack's extended and 10-1/2 when it's retracted. The weld-on bracket is sold separately as part # P9012-00.

Without knowing the part number and manufacturer of your current trailer jack, I couldn't speak to the compatibility of the mounting plate for your current jack with the mount that the Fulton # F141132 XLT uses. The # P9012-00 weld-on mount for the # F141132 has pin holes that measure 3 inches apart, center to center, and the dimensions of the mount are shown in the provided photo. You can compare the dimensions of the # P9012-00 mount to what you have. If they don't match up, you'll...

  • Replacement Side Frame Mount Jack for Pop-Up Camper
That's an interesting jack, and there are no specific replacements for it so what you are going to need to do is have your mounting bracket removed and new one welded on. For this I recommend the Jack Mounting Bracket # P9012-00 with Fulton Marine Jack # FXP100W0301. It says "marine jack" but that just refers to its coating to reduce corrosion so it will work on your pop-up trailer.

  • Availability of Swivel Trailer Jack to fit 5-1/2 Inch Tall Trailer Frame Member
Given your question, I'm assuming that your trailer frame is slightly less than 5-1/2 inches in height, as you're needing a bracket to fit that size. Unfortunately, none of our bolt on jacks can accommodate a trailer frame member taller than 5 inches. The best thing to do in this circumstance is to use a weld-on jack like # FXP10W0301 which has a 1200 lb capacity, and a retracted bracket height of 12-3/4 inches and when fully extended a bracket height of 22-3/4 inches, for a total of...

The Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack # F1411300301 will definitely work for you as a replacement for the current Fulton Magnum Series jack you have, as it will mount to the bracket already on your trailer, as that bracket will be the Jack Mounting Bracket for Fulton Marine Jack # P9012-00. The correct mounting bracket for the Bulldog Round Swivel Jack # BD154107 is the Jack Mounting Bracket # P9012-00. It's not zinc plated though because it is designed to be welded to a trailer and when you weld something zinc plated it gives off toxic fumes.

  • Tips for Removing Nut on Jack Mounting Bracket P9012-00 when the Jack is In the Way
Since the jack tube is blocking the nut on mounting bracket # P9012-00 your best option is to use a box end wrench with an offset. So instead of a straight wrench it would have a bend in it. This will allow you to get a straighter angle with which to turn the nut. You can get offset wrenches anywhere tools are sold such as Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's and so on.

  • Replacement Trailer Jack for Weld On Mount Shelby Jack Model Number 5874A8
Shelby jacks are no longer in production. If the welded mount had a bolt-thru design, then I recommend checking the pin hole dimensions for compatibility. The bolt hole centers are 3 inches apart on the Jack Mounting Bracket for Fulton Marine Jack # P9012-00 for example. This is compatible with jacks like # FXP10W0301. That mounting bracket uses a 1/2" bolt with pin holes measuring 3" apart center-to-center, so you'll want to compare your bracket's measurements. • What Mounting Bracket Is Needed For The Fulton XLT Swivel Jack F141133?
I wish it would, but the Jack Mounting Bracket # P9012-00 you were looking at has pin holes that are all 3" apart on center where the Fulton XLT Bolt-Thru Swivel Trailer Jack # F141133 uses a mounting bracket that the lower holes are 3" apart on center, and the upper holes are 3" apart on center, but the upper and lower holes are 3-5/8" apart on center so it will not work. Fulton marine jacks mount to a bracket that has holes that are 3 inches apart on center, the Jack Mounting Bracket for Fulton Marine Jack - Weld-On # P9012-00. There isn't going to be a way to mount a Fulton jack to a bracket with different mounting holes. • Bracket to Install Fulton XLT Jack on Mastercraft Boat Trailer
The Fulton jack part # F141132 that you referenced is a really great jack that I know you'll be happy with, but it requires the bracket part # P9012-00 to mount to a trailer which isn't the same as what you have now. So your best option is to remove the bracket you have now and install the # P9012-00 and you'd be set. You'd need to find a local welder to have them cut off the old bracket and install the new one. It would be a super painless install for them too.
