Wow! George J has put my mind at ease after losing my travel trailer keys at a rest area in South Carolina! I expected a long struggle to get new keys but I had them replaced in only a couple of days, and at a MUCH lower cost than expected! Glad I found this company, and they will now be my first go-to for camping needs!

My new key arrived yesterday. I picked it up today. Got back to my rv and tried it out immediately! Works great! etrailer is my go-to place for a lot of stuff!
So grateful to Etrailer, we are out of state and broke our RV key. Tried many RV parts stores and dealers, nobody could help. Trailer sent the part to our next destination and we were back in business!

Fantastic! From my initial finding of the website to the prompt follow-up to my email question. The product was shipped immediately and the spare keys work better than the original keys that came with the camper! Loved the follow-up email that came within minutes of us receiving the keys! Just what I needed to get some spare keys for that oops moment. Shipping was quick and on time.
Find the model number of your key and they send you one that works for a lot less than a locksmith. Regular key makers (box stores) and many lock smiths don't carry these blanks, so this is a great option.

I originally planned on ordering spare keys from Amazon for convenience, until I read some reviews that said they’d been shipped the wrong keys so I checked etrailer. I’ve always had good service on past orders, and this one was no different. The price was comparable to Amazon as was delivery; and best of all the keys fit perfectly. Next time I’ll check etrailer first.

Found hard to get rv keys at etrailer. Very happy they worked and received them fast! Thank you.
The new latch took a little bit of modification to the door, some minor cutting to the fiberglass and some minor cutaway to the foam in the door but it was well worth it. The latch system works very easy in comparison to the old latch system, you barely have to pull on the latch to open the door and it closes very easily also. The old latch you would have to bang on the door as you pull the latch just to get it open. I installed it over a year ago and it's still just as easy to open as the day I installed it. The only minor problem is the footprint doesn't match so the paint is faded where the old latch used to cover and the new one doesn't. I'll take that over a latch that doesn't work any day.

Well that simply will not do. Was it key number 329 that you needed? It is possible we went the wrong key, can you tell me the number on the key?
