If you want to expand your solar setup to collect more sunlight and charge your batteries faster, this solar panel expansion will add more amperage to your charging output. This kit includes a single 100-watt solar panel with mounting hardware that connects to your existing Go Power system using the included MC4 branch connectors.
High-Efficiency, Monocrystalline Solar Panel
The silicon cells are set between a cushioned backing material and tempered solar glass to withstand the elements. The glass has low-iron content to provide exceptional transparency, which ensures maximum sunlight collection. The panel is framed with anodized marine-grade aluminum to resist rust and corrosion. And in optimal sunlight conditions, the panel produces 100 watts per hour.
Easy Connection to Go Power Solar Charging Systems
This kit is compatible with several Go Power Solar Charging Systems (sold separately). However, the total amount of amps generated by the panels cannot exceed your solar controller's maximum amperage. The solar panel installs anywhere on your RV roof with included mounting feet and hardware. To maximize sunlight collection, it is important to install the panel where it avoids shadows cast by objects, like an air conditioner or vent. The panel is wired in parallel to another panel using MC4 branch connectors.

Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Go Power Slim expansion kit. This is going to provide this 100 watt monocrystalline solar panel that will add on to your existing Go Power solar setup, so that you can charge your 12 volt and 24 volt batteries faster. This is a monocrystalline construction, so it is going to be the most efficient materials on the market right now. So, it is going to convert that sunlight to electricity very efficiently for you.
So, this is going to do a great job of providing more power to your setup. It does use the same MC4 connectors. We also have the branch connectors there so that you can get it easily hooked up to your other solar panels and then down into your solar charge controller and the rest of your setup. This is rated for 100 watts. It's gonna have an amperage rating of 4.73 amps.
It is very lightweight and durable. It's made of weatherproof and impact resistant materials. Only weighs about 14 pounds. As far as our dimensions go, our overall length in the orientation that we have it here, we're looking at right at 60 1/4 of an inch or about five feet. Our width here is right at 14 inches.
And then our depth or thickness, right about an inch and a half. So, this kit is not only going to include the solar panel but also the MC4 branch connectors here so you can get multiple solar panels directed into that one screen to connect to the charge controller and that sort of thing. It's also going to include the mounting hardware and instructions to walk you through that whole process, make sure everything is set up properly for you. Now, the MC4 cables that are mounted on the back here are approximately three feet long, so it's not gonna be, give you a whole lot of options to reach to where your current solar panel set up is. So, you might need to figure out your orientation based on that, or we also have MC4 extension cables available that will give you some extra length to allow you to play with that positioning a little bit better.
This does come with a 25 year limited warranty. So, if you are needing to add a little extra power to your solar setup, this is gonna be a great option for you to give you that 100 watt capacity in addition to what you already have.
