I work as a Buyer and deal with countless suppliers on a daily basis. The customer support I received at etrailer was fantastic.
Heavy duty bracket, will probably outlast the camper
These camper jacks arrived with a damaged protective weather seal. When I contacted etrailer for a replacement, they told me there were no replacement parts available and nothing they could due about it. The failure appeared to be a result of poor packaging. Very disappointing for an expensive item.
