Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement 30 amp female RV socket. Now, this part will replace a damaged or loose 30 amp female RV socket. The design in this plug is a universal NEMA TT-30R plug, and it is designed to work with any three-wire 30 amp service. It will accept up to a 10 gauge size wire, and you can see the four screws here that you loosen to move it to gain access to make your wire connections.
You can see it has this nice built-in finger pull handle, makes very easy plugging and unplugging of your wire. It is ETL certified. Few specs on this, the model of this plug is an ED-310R and bridges 30 amps and the voltage, 125 volts, but that should do it for the review on the replacement 30 amp female RV socket..

- Will The Hughes 30Amp Male Connector Fit Inside The Storage Hatch For Electrical Cord On Campers? I have found the Mighty Cord Replacement Pigtail # A10-30PMVP to be the best option when replacing a power cable end on a camper using a Hatch # A10-2140VP to store the cable. The replacement ends like the Hughes # HU93FR you found are too large to fit in the small storage area. Personally the best thing you can do is eliminate this type of cord all together by installing the Power Inlet # A10-30INVP in its place.
