About the Kuat NV 2.0: Buy a Kuat NV 2.0!!! Then, get the 2 Bike Add-On to carry 4 bikes. This is hands-down THE BEST rack on the market. I chose this rack after researching THULE, Saris, Yakima, and many, many others. The Kuat NV 2.0 has a professional car quality finish, is ROCK SOLID so the bikes do not move at all, has built in locks, a built in mechanic stand, and never touches your bikes. Do your research and you will arrive at the same conclusion: THERE IS NO BETTER RACK ON THE MARKET!!!

This is a well built and well designed rack. It is heavy, but that's part of why the rack is so robust. This thing should last forever. With the two bike add-on and bikes attached, it is very difficult to tilt the rack aft without another person helping. Not a big deal though.

Great product! Hooks up to the main rack as designed. The whole system is so nice, it almost make me look pretentious driving down the road. :-).
This is the first time that I ordered from etrailer and I have to be extremely honest that I had low expectations, because the price was right. However, the order process, order tracking, and delivery timing was superb!!! Got free ground shipping and it arrived in 7days from MO to CA. It's really cool that you guys have a map showing which state the delivery truck is rolling through. Great indicator tool for customers. I would order from etrailer again and recommend people for sure.

Just got this and installed few days ago. I've had the 2 bike NV for several years before deciding to pull the trigger on this extension. I bought both from etrailer which has great service and ships it quick. It was well worth it. It's sooo much better than trying to fit 4 bikes on my old Thule hanging rack as they always hit and it was like solving a puzzle every time I put them on. This allows you to load 4 bikes in seconds and they don't touch and lock easily. I just took it on 15 hour road trip and it performed flawlessly. The only drawback is getting to the hatchback when rack is loaded with 4 bikes. You can still do it, but I usually had my wife undo the release and I would gently lower the rack to the ground so it didn't slam since it was pretty heavy. Also, I was pleased to find out that it's easy to remove the 2 bike extension in few minutes (just 4 bolts) and store in your garage for only when you need it, which is great rather than having the huge rack there all the time. Overall a great design and very happy w/the purchase. Wish I would have done it sooner !

The added capacity has been great! It’s pretty easy to add and remove depending on your needs. I just keep the wrench out so it’s not a hassle. Of course, you can just leave it on and always have the option on 1-4. Couldn’t be happier and have zero “rack buying” regrets. Oh, eTrailer.com provides awesome support and is always fast. Putting the added racks on was easy, with a second pair of hands. My family and I immediately tested the rack once I was done. Four full size bikes were quickly mounted on the rack with a minimum of effort, and with plenty of space to avoid scratches. The rack is super stable, even when fully loaded. Well worth the additional bucks after having suffered through cheaper racks!!!!

Top quality rack. Simple and quick to mount bikes and its very stable on the road. The add on is easy to connect to the main rack with a couple of bolts. One note on assembly, make sure the connector bolts are recessed before adding the bike mounts on or the bolt heads will get in the way. The add on makes the rack quite large so be weary of the amount of space it takes up. Can't say enough about the rack though. Looks amazing, solid build and does the job very well!

Great build quality like the main rack. Easy to attach. Makes Entire rack a little heavy and long making it a little awkward to fold.

If you measure the distance from the hitch pin hole of your 2017 Jeep Wrangler to the outer-most portion of your rear spare and it measures less than 10-1/2 inches the Kuat NV 2.0 4-Bike Platform Rack # NV22G-NA22G that you referenced will fit and work well. Typically Wranglers have around 12 inches of clearance but some hitches stick out further and a rack like this would fit.

Still love my Kuat bike rack!!! Hooks up easy and loading 4 bikes is even easier. Etrailer has excellent customer service too. Glad you guys reached out to me a year later to assess my satisfaction. Keep up the good work!
