Part came as expected and undamaged. The plug ends married right to existing harness. So far I've had no other concerns. Thank you
Not a difficult install. Instructions very clear. Take pictures of old wiring arrangement in case you get confused. Steps work perfectly again. No cutting or splicing. I was concerned I would have to splice the motor wires as they had been butt spliced by someone in the past, but the harness comes with the motor connector. Take the time to wire tie everything out of the way and have someone operate the step while you watch underneath for any cables contacting moving parts. Be safe, stay out from under the steps.
Very quick shipping and the step control fixed our non operating steps problem, easy install, toughest part was the small mounting screws
I spoke with the representative, Peyton, and described the step controller I have. She very expertly identified the specific controller I needed, and set it up for 3-5 day shipping. It arrived in 3 days, and I installed it today.

Wires had to be reversed on electric step control otherwise everything was fine. Good service, received product quickly and questions were answered by phone.

We had trouble finding the right part for my steps and Katrina was awesome helping me. Found the part with the lowest price and with free shipping it arrived extremely fast. Will definitely order from etrailer again.
Part was a great fit. Super fast delivery. However, did. It solve problem of motor not stopping when retracting steps. Motor continues to run.
Received on time in good condition. The user manual was included which I liked. I would order from etraiker again.

I replaced the whole motor assembly with linkage, and this controller. The step linkage was worn, and controller was inop. Once everything was changed, no problems have been encountered. Just followed troubleshooting steps to order defective items.

Shipping was very fast and accurate. Now to hope i figured out the real problem! Very Happy and have furutre orders planned for other items.
