This light kit lets you add stop, turn, and tail light functions to your GearCage or BigBoss hitch-mount cargo carrier. Includes 2 LED lights, 2 brackets, 2 license plate brackets, and a 4-way flat connector.I wanted something to replace tail light functions while traveling with bikes on back. Installation was easy, as I only needed 4' of 1" sq. Aluminum tubing, and 2 -10" L brackets from big box. Being LED, these lights are very visible during daylight hours. Besides the cost of the lights, the other materials were less than $20.00. I no longer worry about cars behind me not knowing my intention. I would highly recommend as a possible solution when carrying bikes on the rear.
I needed to put some tail lights on my 1up bike rack. These lights worked because of their size and the mounting bracket. I used a piece of 1" aluminum bar stock to stand it of the rack frame. The lights do work well. Connections were easy. I would recommend these lights.
I really like the lights, but I needed repair the location on the backs of the lights where the wires enter the back of the light housings. Without first sealing the back of the light fixtures water would be able to get into the light housing and damage the LED's inside. This repair needed to be completed on both lights. Once I sealed the housing and installed the lights they worked perfectly. I am confident they will provide me with the visibility I wanted with my bike rack on the rear of my vehicle.
Lights installed and everything works. Nice and bright! Installation was a pain though.
- The holes in the lights did not line up with the slots in the mounting plates, necessitating the slots being bored out to compensate,
- There we’re no rubber grommets in the kit.
- The hole where the cables exit the light unit were not properly sealed though there was a protruding glob of sealant there preventing a flush fitting of the mounting plate.
- it was necessary to cut away the excess sealant with a sharp knife and reseal the opening with silicone to effect a workable fix.

I am sorry to hear you had so much trouble but glad to know you made it work! For future reference if you ever needed to install more, the lower holes have extra space drilled out, so you can angle the LED lights on the bracket for any tight fittings. The adhesive on the light cable may get in the way sometimes, but shouldnt prevent the light from mounting.

This light kit was very easy to install on my Hollywood bike rack. I would definitely give this product 5 stars.
Love these lights. I got them for my bicycle rack. The bikes were blocking my tail lights and these are small enough and very bright to work perfect.

These lights are still great after a year. Peace of mind knowing people behind me know when I am stooping or turning.
Very easy to install. Just mount on back off box with 4 screws, plug it into trailer plug an your done.
Excellent product. Solved a safety risk on my cargo box for my camper van.
Nice lights. Installed easily. Lights are bright. Wire not as heavy as expected. Very fast shipping.
This Lights were exactly what we needed to add to our Hollywood bike rake that hauls our fat tire ebikes. All supplies were included to make the attachment easy.
These have been a great addition to my "FrankenHitch". I combined a Thule fold our bike rack with my large cargo basket and installed the light kit on it. The wiring was long enough to accompany the basket folding out all the way to the side of our Infiniti QX80. To allow some flexibility in using the light kit for other purposes, I purchased some waterproof bar magnets that hold the lights in place. They held up for the 1000+ mile round trip to the beach, multiple shorter trips and being stored outside, uncovered, through the PA winter and wet seasons.
I needed to add lighting to the large drop down bike rack on my truck. The Let’s Go Aero Light Kit worked perfectly. I wanted light enclosures that would fit well on the rack frame and these were just right. The wiring plugged easily into the truck’s trailer hitch connector - voilà, safety for me and others. The quality is outstanding and a tremendous value.
I bought these lights to put on my Hollywood bike rack and they work great. I had to fashion a bracket to hang them, a simple fix.
I feel much better having the extra lights on the rack in traffic with our large ebikes on the back of the car.
Lights are very well made. Strong lens and very bright LED's. Comes with all necessary hardware and pre-wired for ease of installation. Good products from etrailer!

Haven't installed them yet cause I need to paint the Cargo Carrier first. They seem to be of good quality.
