Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement gas strut for the Pitched Solera RV Awnings. Now this part here will replace one of the gas struts for your Solera RV awning and as we mentioned, it is designed to fit all the Solera awnings that have the pitched support arms. You can see it as an all black color. It is for a quantity of one strut. And just wanna give you some measurements on this.
The overall extended length, like it's in the position right now, measured from the center of this connector to the center of this connector, is gonna be right at 24 inches long. Fully retracted length, center to center, would be 15 inches long and this gas strut has a force that can be exerted at 124 to 144 pounds. But that should do it for the review on this replacement gas strut for the pitched Solera RV awnings.

Manual to power awning conversion kit has been working great. The switch is not waterproof but found a waterproof box at a home improvement store.
Arrived on time and perfect fit. Theres a few things to do making installation easier. Disassemble the linkage on the pitch arm and it goes right in. Makes it way easier having an extra set of hands. Marty from etrailer called to verify my address and contacted me to make sure it all arrived. Best customer service i can ask for.
