Hey everybody, Jared from etrailer.com. Today I wanna take a quick look at a 3 1/2 inch axle riser lift kit for your square torsion axle by Lippert components. Now it's designed for your square 3,500 pound axles only, and this will be especially important for any type of small campers or enclosed trailers, where you might have some sewer lines or anything that could be hanging down below the trailer bed. Well, this is going to help extend it up a little bit, give you a little more clearance, and ease your worries while you're out on the road. This lift kit raises your trailer frame to provide 3 1/2 inches of additional clearance between your trailer frame and the axle. And again, this is designed for your use on the trailers with a single square torsion axle with a 3,500 pound weight capacity.
It is compatible with side mounted and top mounted torsion axle mounting brackets. And this kit includes two axle riser channels and then the mounting hardware to go with it. And in that hardware, you have eight bolts, eight locking nuts, and eight washers. If we consider the dimensions, you can see it is that 3 1/2 inches tall. It is 11 inches wide.
The distance between the holes from center to center are going to be 7 7/8 inches across, and it does have a depth of 2 1/2 inches deep. Designed for square, 3,500-lb axles only.The 3.5 inch lift get lifted my trailer up and levelled it out for better towing . was fairly easy to install and was done in less than a hr . one bolt on each side was a little difficult to tighten as the spindle swing arm on the axel was in the way. Very satisfied. 3.5 inches was plenty of lift
I've had these lift blocks for over a year now and have been very satisfied with them. Product looks well built, was easy to instal, and came with nice grade 8 hardware. The added lift allowed me to put larger wheels and tires on my trailer. So far I've towed my Aliner Ranger 12, with these lift blocks installed, over 5k miles through all kinds of weather and off road and have had no reason to be concerned about them at all. My only complaint is that it took a while to receive them after ordering. I think Etrailer was waiting for a new shipment of them at the time.
Steve M - 05/25/2021I’ve had this on my trailer for about a year now and have zero complaints. Install was very easy and there was no change in axel alignment. Installing this lift made a big difference when pulling my trailer loaded and a huge difference when pulling empty. The factory paint seemed alright but I went ahead and added a few more layers of paint just for added protection from the salt.
It looked like it is well put together. It installed just as it was supposed to. I left the camper connected to my tow vehicle for added support and I only did one side at a time for added safety. It took a little longer but I felt safer. Thank you for a great product.
So glad I bought this! I have a 1999 Starcraft pop up camper that I needed to lift. I did need to match drill the holes for the generous bolts provided. This was accomplished with very little effort with a stepped drill bit. 3 1/2” of lift in less than a half hour (Note: I do have a lift).
Monte - 03/21/2021The lift kit came and I installed it by myself. I’m 73 years old and I thought it was very easy. The hardest part was removing the old bolts but with a little penetrating fluid they came right off. They fit perfectly and lifted my trailer 3.5 in. I am very pleased with your product as I take my trailer off road and this will give me the clearance to do this without damage

Fantastic assembly. Didn't take long to arrive and easy installation.. first time ever doing anything like this and it went better then I expected.
The kit is very well made and coated with a heavy epoxy, should last longer than the trailer! Fits exactly, nuts and bolts washers included... well worth the money, I would highly reccomend for anyone wanting to increase under body clearance and got to a larger wheel size. I went from a 13" to a 14" and could have run a 15" but 14" works the best for my trailer!!

Paul - 07/14/2021Perfect fit for a 2020 nobo by forest river I diamond style single axle east to installation Would highly recommend if you’re having problems with clearance or you have a bigger truck I have a 2018 Dodge Cummins on 37 and it looks A lot better behind it an it has a lot better clearance ??
A very good kit! My challenge was getting my older Jayco Jay Feather Sport to come apart. Once that was done, the actual installation was smooth sailing. The hardware is good and was up to task at 120 ft lbs of torque. I don’t have to worry about dragging my black water tank anymore!
It's a little bit unfair to the kit for me to be reviewing it. I ordered it knowing it was not designed exactly for my setup, but figured it would be faster than fabbing my own. I have an Al-Ko axle on a popup tent trailer. I knew the bolt holes from this kit would probably not line up perfectly but I hoped I could use the kit with slight modifications. I was unable to find a kit specifically for the Al-Ko axle. The bolt holes on the purchased kit are about 9-inches on center. The bolt holes for the Al-Ko axle and trailer frame, for my setup, are about 6-1/4 inches on center. Otherwise the arrangement of the axle relative to the trailer frame is identical (simple rectangular abutment). It took me a few tries to get everything perfectly aligned, but it seems to be working now. I should have pulled out my micrometer to take exact measurements. The included bolts are too big for the frame and axle holes, so I used some grade 8 that I already had on hand. The kit itself is simple and relatively difficult to get wrong. The welds were clean. The cuts were clean, and the protective paint job was adequate.
We bought a brand new 19ft Geo Pro trailer and we wanted a bit more clearance. This rise kit was perfect. My husband even installed it himself. Would definitely recommend.

These lift blocks for this trailer are great! It raised my trailer to a nice height and it was and easy install! Best method would be lift trailer and place on jack stands on all four corners. Two people makes it a 30-45 min swap!
Lift kit risers fit perfectly on my 2018 Flagstaff E-PRO 19fbs Camper. it has the Dexter square tube axle,3,500# Un bolted old bolts and bolted on the new risers myself in a couple hours. the extra ground clearance is really nice! Thanks etrailer!!!
