Install this handrail on your second generation 3-step MORryde RV steps (sold separately) for extra stability when entering and exiting your camper. Handle attaches to the left side of the steps and folds with them into the doorway when not in use.I like the handle and I did buy it for my mother to help her get in and out of my camper but I will have to remove it from my steps when closing up for travel. It will hit my wall inside of the camper if I let it on.
Etrailer was great as far as shipping but the handrail was not exactly what I expected. It did fit the holes on the step but did not have enough clearance inside the rv for the door to properly close and therefore had to be altered. Note: carefully measure for clearance. Otherwise, great, well made product.
I am happy with the hand rail but was not happy with the way the box was delivered it was beat up and the bag holding the bolts and washers was open and I am missing two washers

The handrail is a great asset to the steps glad we bought them
This hand rail bolted up perfectly to the MORyde MR44R door steps. Nice addition and stability for people getting older such as myself.

The hand rail still functions and looks as good as it did 1 year ago when I installed it.
I needed to add another point of stability for a person coming down the steps. We travel with 3 greyhounds and unfortunately one suffered a back injury last fall. He has healed up well, but requires assistance on the steps. I needed a handhold for the bottom step.
The product description accurately describes the hand railing, its installation and storage. Be sure to install it on the 2nd Gen 3-Step MORryde steps. The design and installation is very specific for that step.
There is a little flex when pressure is applied in line with the bottom step. There is no movement when pressure is applied going up or down the steps. You will still need to use the hand railing attached to the trailer side, but this addition is more than satisfactory for giving extra security when coming down the steps and starting up. The railing is only intented to give an extra hand hold for the bottom and 2nd step (when climbing). The trailer railing should be used while descending until you are low enough to safely reach the new handrail. There is still a gap between this handrail and trailer handrail.
I would buy this product again.

The handrail took about 10 minutes to install. Bolted up perfectly. Works well for older adults and tottlers. Excelent safety upgrade.

My wife has difficulty with Stairs. Our new trailer has the MoRryde Steps and they are much larger than the ole school flip down steps (much better I think) however... the first two steps are a bit far from the factory grab handle on the trailer. This handrail is a must!
It works but not as sturdy as I expected it.

1 year update: i no longer own this handrail as I wasn’t a big fan of how flimsy it felt when using it as a balance point and I didn’t want my kids putting too much force and falling down if it ever broke. The part fit perfectly, but just wasn’t what I expected, I gave it to my father in law for his camper and he loves it, so I guess it depends on what your expectations for it’s use are.

Fit right, Thanks for helping me order the right railing for my steps wasn't sure which one I need but the representive was able to check which steps I ordered 3 years to see which railing I needed . Fit great THANKS

We loved it so much that we bought another for our new trailer.
Fits our steps, but the placement is a bit awkward when opening the door. It works, but needs to be mounted on the outside of the step stringer rather than the inside. And the length for handhold is short - it’s at the bottom of the steps. It needs to be the full length of the steps. Overall it’s well made, just not as functional as we had hoped.
Very easy install. Handrail bolted right onto stairs and is a very sturdy addition to stairs and existing handrail.
We own an Arctic Wolf 291RL fifth wheel. This rail fits perfectly in the space in front of the pantry door when the steps are folded inside the trailer. I like the additional safety that this handrail provides.

Received yesterday. Excellent delivery time. Wasn't correct rail pictures on box for 3&4 steps appears rail I received was for 4 and not the 3 steps I received. Rail is light and should only use to balance...not support

Fits perfectly, easy install and looks great. Added a piece of pipe insulation to keep the handle from bumping the refrigerator door during travel.
