Today we're going to be taking at a look at the Malone Electrical Charging Station. This charging station is great for charging LED lighting, fish finders, GPS systems, phones, cameras, and much more. This would be a great addition to your Malone MegaSport Trailer. It can be applied to any application where you have a 12-volt power source and a good mounting area that would also provide a good ground connection. It does feature a waterproof design, so it's got the covers here that protect the ports, creates a really nice tight seal to keep out dirt, grime, and moisture. Those are easily accessible here at the front of the unit. The galvanized mounting plate allows the unit to be installed in a variety of locations.

Mounting hardware is not included. You'll see that it has four mount holes here at the back. Now, if you're installing this on the Malone MegaSport Trailer, it can be installed anywhere along the trailer utilizing the existing hardware. Each mount hole on this unit has a diameter of 3/8", and it's got a single-wire design. This is your power wire, so it easily connects to your trailer's wiring harness. The unit grounds through the mounting hardware and through that galvanized base.

It does comes with a quick-splice connector for easy wiring. That wiring harness or this single wire measures around 76" long. Now on this side of the unit you'll see that it has two USB receptacles. Right here, you're going to have a 5-volt 1-amp receptacle, and below it you're going to have a 5-volt 2.1-amp receptacle. Over here, you're going to have a standard 12-volt accessory receptacle. Few measurements to go over with you real quick. Starting with the base going this direction, that's going to give us a measurement of 4-1/2".

This direction, that's going to give us a measurement of 4-5/8". Again, each mount hole has a diameter of 3/8". You can use all four. You can use one. Really, whatever works for your application.

The plate thickness is 1/8" thick, and then the overall height with this on flat surface from bottom to the tallest point right here measure 2-1/16" tall. That's going to do it for today's look at the Malone Electrical Charging Station.
