We called, and they switched it out and had the order in a few days. It's in on the trailer and we are good

The service I received was exceptional. The part I was searching for was very small and the cost minimal, but the assistance I received in locating the correct part, in keeping me informed as to where it was in the delivery process and making sure in the end that it had been delivered couldn't have been better.
I ordered the same product through Amazon twice. Two of the three lamp covers they shipped me were delivered broken. I phoned Optronics and they recommended etrailer.com. I followed their recommendation and ordered from you. The product was less expensive than Amazon, but with shipping the total was more. I'd rather pay more and buy one than have to deal with returns and reorder. Thanks for your work.

Great service. Inadvertently backed tow dolly into wall breaking one tail light lens. Found number on old lens, ordered two replacements (one spare!) and received them super quick. Didn't think I would get them in time for my use of dolly, but was very pleased that they came in as quick as they did. Installed new lens and fit was perfect. Pleasure doing business with E Trailer.

Harbor Freight sells the Kenway trailer lights, but don't sell replacement lenses. E-Trailer sells the perfect replacement. These are they! They fit perfectly.
