  The 4-way flat connector that the Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 plugs into is the trailer wiring installed on the vehicle either from the manufacturer of it or aftermarket.   In order to mount the Optronics Backup Light, # BUL10CB, on your Ranger Trail Boat Trailer, I recommend using the Rubber Grommet, # a70gb, and Trailer Light Mounting Bracket, # BK70BB. A wiring harness, part # A49PB for a right angle plug and part # A45CB for a straight plug, will also be needed for the Optronics Backup Light, # BUL10CB. • LED Reverse Light Recommendation for 2005 Toyota Prius
  Since you have a Prius I would strongly recommend going with an LED reverse light that will draw considerably less than the Halogen part # PL-807. For that you'd want the LED light part # BUL10CB with the bracket # BK70BB and the grommet # A70GB and you'd have a setup that draws only .28 of an amp per light. You'll also need a wiring pigtail like the part # A49PB. This could be ran to the reverse light circuit of your vehicle without overdrawing it.
