Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this Redarc 16 ft long MC4 connector 2 bare wire output cable. Now this MC4 connector cable lets you connect your solar panel to your solar regulator. This will also work with the Redarc Manager 30 and the dual input AC/DC battery chargers. We do sell those items separately on our website.
This will provide an option to use with your existing cable that comes in your portable solar panel kit, allowing you to increase the distance from the panel to the vehicle by 16 ft, keeping your solar panel in the sun and your vehicle in the shade. Now they do use UV stabilized twin shielded solar cable and on this end it has the MC4 solar connectors. Has the positive and the negative connector. Length on this is 16 feet. The wire size is 11 gauge wire, has a 30 amp current rating and a 50 volt DC max voltage rating.
