The washer measures just under 1/8 inch thick and the OD is 1-3/4 inches and the ID is 1 inch. The tongue inside measures about 5/32 inch square.

Spindle Washer Compatibility With 1 Inch Spindle Without D-Shape
Since you don't have the D-shaped spindle that will allow for a D washer, a regular washer for a 1 inch spindle like # SW1000 will work. This washer not having any type of tab will allow it to rotate and without proper grease could cause damage as with any other washer. Many axles come with this type of washer. Not having a washer and allowing the bearing to come in contact with the back of the castle nut would be a much bigger issue unless you have Dexter Axles which were made for use...

The inner and outer bearing surfaces on a number 84 spindle are different diameters. The outer bearing will ride on a 1.00 inch diameter surface and the inner bearing will ride on a 1.378 inch surface.
