Thread Count for 1-1/2" Spindle Nut 6-96
The 1-1/2" Spindle Nut # 6-96 has a fine coarse thread which means it is 12 threads per inch. We do have some thread tapping kits but nothing that fits this large of a diameter.

Does 1-1/2" Spindle Nut Have a Torque Setting
Trailer spindle nuts, like the 1-1/2" Spindle Nut # 6-96, don't have a specific torque setting. What you'll want to do is snug up the trailer nut and then back it off a little so your trailer hub has some some freedom of movement. If you have it torqued down too much it will make it harder for your hub to move and will cause it to overheat.

We offer a couple of spindle jam nuts, part # 6-191 that you referenced which has an inner diameter of 1-inch, and part # 6-96 which has an inner diameter of 1-1/2-inches. We do not offer any with an inner diameter of 1-1/4-inches.

Replacement Spindle Nut and Tang Washer for Dexter 10k Axle
Since the Dexter 10k axles have a 1-1/2 inch threaded diameter the correct replacement nuts would be the # 6-96. The tang washer you could use with this would be # 5-59.

What are the Dimensions of a #99 Spindle
The #99 trailer spindle is typically found on 9,000 lb and 10,000 lb axles. This is not a spindle that we carry at this time, but I did find some of the measurements. I have attached a diagram showing the dimensions of a #99 spindle for you to check out. If you are looking for bearings and a grease seal, you can use part # 28580 for the inner bearing, # 25580 for the outer bearing, part # T51153 for the grease seal, and part # 6-96 for the spindle nut.
