Short in hitch package purchased elsewhere, needed 2 of these and 4 reinforcements. Looked for two weeks on the internet before finding on etrailer.com. delivered quickly, Now can finish hitch install.

I bought a hitch for my car from that big box website. They didn't include any washer or bolt. As a result, I came to etrailer to to buy. However, etrailer doesn't carry bolt M12-1.25x35mm, so I bought this on the auction site. I bought my toothed washer here as other reviewers mentioned they use these for their cars, boats. I could have shopped at etrailer for bolts and washers if they carry all these with them. Under their hitch description, I don't see any accessories related to product. I found my exact hitch model but nothing link to it. This product works perfectly. They shipped fast and I received my package without any damages or missing items. I will come back here and buy more if they have something I want next time. Thank you for uploading great vidoes on YouTube.
The hitch is a beefy solid piece of metal that will likely last the life of the car, if not more. The hitch arrived on schedule, but the box was damaged. This is the third hitch I've purchased over the years and the boxes have all arrived damaged. I don't consider it an issue. Unfortunately, a bolt and two nuts came loose and were lost during transport. I contacted etrailer and the pieces were shipped to my house at no charge. These guys are great! I will continue to buy from them as long as their customer service remains excellent.
Worked perfectly as I was installing my trailer hitch, which is a simple task but ran into an issue. The bolt holes were pretty corroded on the right side so they needed the threads cleaned, with good ole WD 40 I continued to clean with a tap. After getting 2 done the center one weld nut break off inside the frame, as they have very small tack welds from factory holding them on. So I ordered up this bolt, plate, washer, leader, and a nut to fix the issue, it was simple and an easy fix to a problem at first I wasnt sure how I was going to fix. Fast shipping from etrailer.com and it was done ready to be used in a jiffy. Highly recommend

These Conical Toothed washers are hard to find. They perform in a special way to distribute high loads and keep the associated bolt from turning. Heather at etrailer was very attentive to my fast shipping needs and was great to work with. I have installed these washers on my class 3 towing hitch and I am very happy with their performance.
James - 05/08/2017This item was impossible to find locally in Fredericksburg and the internet showed few possibilities. Etrailer was the best known company that advertised them for sale. They did not have them in stock but they ordered them from their supplier for me and they were delivered in a timely manner. A very good company to deal with.

The connection cable to allow me to plug in the trailer lights to my Cadillac SRX was perfect! Cadillac had a wire harness already available to plug into, so the item purchased from eTrailer.com simply plugged into it. No splicing wires! Easiest trailer wiring job ever :-)

Product was exactly as advertised and arrived in a timely manner. Could not find these washers because they are normally supplied with a 5th wheel hitch install kit. I will definitely use etrailer in the future.
I bought a used hitch locally that didn’t contain bolts/washers for install. etrailer had what I needed and shipped it promptly to me. Great service, despite how small my order was, and the fact that it had to be shipped to Canada!
This carriage bolt block was impossible to find locally. Couple this with the bolt leader wire and the how to video on this website and I had zero issues. I was actually amazed at how quickly I was able to fish the bolt/spacer combo into the frame of my car to fix the broken weld but issue. Now all I need is the bolt up the hitch. Thanks etrailer!

Best choice I made during my restoration of my Suburban was to get a complete set of nuts, bolts, washers, spacer and most importantly the bolt leader! Only way to go for a professional/factor look.

I ordered 6 of these washers to match the others on my Reese hitch and they matched up perfectly. I ordered my hitch on [site] and it was missing 6 washers so it took me a while to find the right ones and I'm super glad I found them on this site so I hope they will hold up and last a long time!
