In the photo you will notice the item on the left is from my hitch, and the one on the right is the new part.
Yes I am very satisfied with the hitch and leveling bars. They definitely make a huge difference in the way the balance the trailer

Looked everywhere for this lost part. Only way we could get it was to order a $400.00 kit elsewhere, not just the small part. Thank heavens etrailer.com had it and it was received just as promised in time for our upcoming trip to the beach. Going to order another one for a backup just in case another is "misplaced" again. It took months to get the part but it finally was provided by the manufacturer.
I ordered replacement cleats that I lost for the Reese Weight distribution hitch I recently purchased, when I ordered them I thought because they are a Pair that I was ordering a Pair but in actuality I ordered only one and had to re-order the second one, the delivery was a little longer than expected but with the Covid 19 thing going on all shipping is delayed...
While the piece is intact the notch is not deep enough to get the pin in. I don't know if this is normal for the product, but it is just short of getting the clip to go in.
This was a very hard to find part. Etrailer was the only company that gave me any hope. They had to backorder it but came through for me. A×
The retention bracket was not long enough but I was able to make it work
Great product, had to grind on it to make it fit. It now does the job.
