Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to be taking a quick look at the replacement of white nylon lock stop for your Retrax tonneau cover. So this is just going to be that little piece that butts up next to the lock at the end of your tonneau cover right next to the tailgate so that's going to help to keep it secure and tighten everything up and make sure that it's safe. So maybe this got bumped when you're loading something in there, it got snapped off or something happened, this is going to be that direct replacement from Retrax to get you out and rolling again with your tonneau cover.So we'll get our two large spacers, a smaller spacer collar, two nuts and then two bolts. One of the bolts is a little longer than the other, but they are the same size in thread pitch and diameter. So either one of the nuts should work just fine to get that attached.
It's got the flat head to it with some little serrations, so it should hold in place to help keep it from spinning.So you can see these kind of thread into these spacers. So the little serrations at the top of the bolt should hold that in place there. We can put our nut on the other side or add on the spacer if we need to and should keep everything where it needs to be. That's pretty much all there is to it for our look at this replacement hardware. So I hope that this has helped to show you what comes in the kit and make sure that this is going to be the right fit for you.
Again, both of those spacers are threaded, so it should hold everything nice and tight there.I hope this video has been helpful in deciding if this is the right piece for you.
