Purchased Rhino pioneer rack, bat wing, rear roller for my 09Rav4 with 3 1/2 lift with falcon wild peak tires. I had good service on damaged parts of bat wing. Waiting on the parts from Australia it may take a bit considering COVID-19 and all. Very satisfied considering the Rhino rack is not supposed to fit my Rav 4.

2011 Ford E350 Super Duty Van. Needed a roller to make it easier to load certain items on my rhino platform. Cut it down to size as one isn’t offered for my particular width. It was easy and came out great. Big Thanks to Conner at etrailer for answering my questions!!

I needed to drill my own screw holes in the rack itself to fit this roller on properly...

Instructions for drilling holes are off. Had to remeasure and drill. This is a flaw from RR not eTrauler. Fast shipping and good follow up from eTrailer. Good seller.

Works well, existing solid rack took the almosty-full-width roller bolted-on. Much easier to load kayaks onto rack.
