Product is exactly as described, and quality appears solid upon initial inspection. Fit was accurate as well. This helped me mount a Thule box with 4 inch hole spacing onto a 2008 Mini Cooper with the factory no-drill chanel mounted roof rack. I required this style to account for the thicker aero style bars.
I would recommend using a foam tape on the metal pcs to keep from marring rack or box but not mandatory.
I bought this set of clamps to retrofit my Thule Adventurer for my Aeroblade bars. Thule has no fix for this problem. Rhino Racks also had no fix as the S280 clamp set had been discontinued, however they gave me the URL for Etrailer.com and told me that they had a generous supply in inventory. I went to Etrailer.com and found them there. The purchase was easy. I did have to call them because it was not clear how shipping (post or UPS) was handled. (I have a post box at the local post office and a different physical address, SO THIS MATTERS!). Delivery was prompt and solved my problem.
Honestly, the tray is just your basic Rhino mesh tray, so we all know the quality is going to be top notch and the product will be as advertised. That said, etrailer.com let me know immediately after ordering that they didn't have it in stock at their main warehouse, that they were doing everything they could to locate one for me with one of their partners, and that it would ship asap, but separately from the mounting hardware I ordered along with it. Turns out the hardware arrived right on time, whereas the tray showed up a day early. George from etrailer kept me updated via email the whole time. Amazing customer service guys! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the low profile of this rack and the ease of the install. Seems to be heavy duty and the finish very durable but time will tell.
