Arrived Friday for Memorial Day weekend. Was looking forward to using it for a camping trip but, could not get either side to unlock. Tried both keys numerous times. No luck. Have to wait until Tuesday to call customer service. Not Happy.

Great contraption. Surprised how weighty it is but very sturdy. I tried it out as soon as it was delivered. Held me up without issue. I’m 180 and even hopped on it a bit and showed no signs of stress. My only wish would be if there was one with a longer vertical arm so the step would be so high.

Excellent quality, I've already tried it out and it makes it so much easier to get to my "THULE CARGO BOX,XT ---XXL.I ran into a person that has the same problem, he's 5'8" tall and drives a new Subaru Outback.Has a cargo box and it's hard for him to reach it.I showed him what I have,tried it on his Subaru as well as he did and he loves it.Gave him the name of your company.(Sorry I don't know how to send pictures on my phone)

The Moki Door Step makes it much easier to load bikes, snowboards, skis, rafts, kayaks, etc. on the roof racks of my 4Runner & tundra. Others who have seen me using it ask where I got it. Unfortunately did not work for me on my Sante Fe Sport. Had hoped to use it to wash my sunroof but it slants at an angle slighlty when installed and it was much smaller for my footprint to feel sturdy or safe. It sits in the box maybe one day I can find a use for it on another car.

What a great product. So simple yet makes it sooooo much easier to attach my paddleboard and access my rooftop bag. I used to use a stool but it was cumbersome and not tall enough. I think ill by a second one. And its construction seems to be unbreakabke.

This is so handy! My husband and I are both shorter and now we can reach the top of the truck to tie the ladder and other things down for transport! It's very sturdy and so easy to use, too. Everyone who carries things on the top of their vehicle should get one

purchased this step for my wife to use to load/unload a kayak on a 2017 Outback. Item fits both front and rear door latches, is stable, and, because it is solidly made, gives her the confidence to get high enough without fear of falling. great product.

these are great! just be careful you dont smash your door open indicator switch too much. I balked at the price initially, but it's one of those things built for a single purpose that does it perfectly. That brings me joy.

My parents had gotten this for me, and I like it so much that I bought one for a friend. When hauling my 5th wheel camper, the kayaks go on the roof of the truck. It's a bit of a stretch to get them tied down. This step is easy to put in place, is sturdy, and makes it much easier to reach the roof.

Again, etrailer comes through strong. I bought a hitch cargo rack last year and got rear ended. The rack got bend to [****] but minor damage to the Ascent. Everything they sell is tested and shared with the consumer. The videos are amazing and I wouldn’t buy anything legit for my vehicle from anyone else. Can’t wait to use the door step. It’s strong as [****] and bigger than I thought which is awesome when trying to get stuff off the roof rack. Go to the source of companies that specialize in what you need. This is the place.

doesn't quite work on all SUV door latches. Used it on a 2020 Volvo XC90 inscription and much of the plastic coating pealed off of the Door step. Still use it, I just have to be really careful to make sure the product does not cause damage.

One year later the step lives in my 2019 Subaru Outback. Continues to work flawlessly. I travel with a Yakima Space Case on the roof and the MokiDoor Step gives me easy access and also made it a trivial task to install and remove the Space Case. Im short 5 2 and no longer have to rely on my much taller daughter-in-law to load and unload the space case.
