SeeLeveL Accessories and Parts - SE27VR

  • SeeLeveL

Sensor adheres to the outside of your RV's holding tank to measure its fluid levels, and it sends those readings to a SeeLeveL monitor (sold separately) inside your RV. Sensor can be cut or stacked to fit the height of your tank.

Features:

  • Sensor measures how much fluid is in your RV's holding tank
    • Hardwires to SeeLeveL holding tank monitor (sold separately)
  • Can be trimmed or stacked with another sensor to fit the size of your tank
  • Mounts to the outside of the tank rather than using an interior probe
    • Prevents false readings caused by accumulating debris
  • Provides readings with single-digit accuracy
  • Coated with flexible epoxy layer for added durability
  • Installs easily - clean tank surface, remove backing, and stick to side of holding tank
    • Tabs on top of sensor are trimmed to indicate which tank it is on
    • Length can be trimmed every 2" to match the height of your tank
    • Bus wiring lets all sensors splice together to one line
    • Existing wiring from your old tank monitor system can be used to ease install

Specs:

  • Application: 1 sensor can accommodate 7" - 17" tall tanks
    • Stack additional sensor to accommodate tanks up to 34" tall tanks
  • Length: 16"
  • Resolution: 1/2"

Note: SeeLeveL tank monitoring systems are not compatible with metal tanks.

Advanced RV Tank Monitoring

Traditional tank monitors have a reputation for being unreliable. Only a few sensors are installed inside, meaning that they usually only measure in quarter increments and can send false readings if they get dirty. When you're keeping an eye on how much fresh water you have, the difference between 25% full and empty means a lot, and that inaccuracy can be a problem.

The SeeLeveL tank monitoring system uses technology that can sense fluid levels from the outside of the tank. The sensors' flexible circuit board sticks in place and measures along its entire height. This makes it accurate in single-digit increments.

Easy Install

If you're comfortable with basic wiring, installing the SeeLeveL monitoring system should be a straightforward DIY project.

A single 6" sensor can measure a tank as tall as 7". For a shorter tank, the sensor can be trimmed. Unlike the 12" and 16" SeeLeveL sensors, the 6" sensor cannot be stacked for taller tanks. If your tank is taller than 7", use a taller sensor.

Sensor Options
Tank Height Best Resolution Other Acceptable
4-1/2" - 5" (1) 6" -
5" - 7" (1) 6" (1) 12"
7" - 13" (1) 12" (1) 16"
13" - 17" (2) 12" (1) 16"
17" - 25" (2) 12" (2) 16"
25" - 34" (2) 16" -
Part numbers: 6" (SE77VR), 12" (SE87VR), 16" (SE27VR)

To get the best resolution for the highest accuracy, choose the right setup. The segments along the left side of the sensor have 4 read points each. The more of those segments you have, the better the accuracy. Even with the lowest resolution possible, you will get tank readings accurate within 8%.

After some surface preparation, the sensors are attached to the tanks with 3M adhesive backing. Splice together all signal wires and all ground wires from the sensors, and run those two wires through your RV to the monitor inside. If you're replacing an old tank monitoring system, the existing wiring can be used.

these sensors were very easy to instal, after locating and cleaning the tank surfaces... the single wire design, that included the LP tank guage, really made for a quick installation... I would highly recommend these..

etrailer upheld its high standard of customer service. They fixed the problem on their side. I still have to install new sensor to replace the one that was damaged due to incorrect info given initially.

  • Does the SeeLeveL RV Holding Tank Monitor SE84VR Come With the Sensors
No, the SeeLeveL RV Holding Tank Monitor # SE84VR does not include the sensors. The sensors are sold separately. - SeeLeveL Sensor for RV Holding Tank Monitor # SE78VR (12") - SeeLeveL Sensor for RV Holding Tank Monitor # SE27VR (16")

  • Can SeeLevel Tank Sensors Be Mounted On Water Tanks Under A Van
Yes, the SeeLeveL Sensors # SE27VR can be used on a tank mounted under a van. You'll just want to make sure that you cut the sensors to the correct length for the tank, and only cut in the specified points seen in the picture below. You'll want to cut it as close to the tank size as possible but cutting parts off lowers the accuracy since you'll be cutting off sensors. For example, the # SE78VR has 8 sensors and would essentially be able to tell you to an eighth how full the tank is....

  • Correct Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit For 2023 Keystone Bullet Premier 25RKPR
Hey Chad; since your tandem 3,500 lb axles have a 3" diameter you need the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shock Absorbers # RM-2460-2560. The kit comes with everything you need for installation aside from standard tools. Also, this system is compatible with the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember # MR33WR you were looking at if you want to add them to the front and rear hangers. The one thing I would do is look at your hangers to make sure there is nothing like plumbing...

Hey Frank, thanks for the question and yes we do carry the SeeLevel 704-4, with the monitor and sensors coming separately. • Can I Wire in a Second Black Tank to the SeeLeveL RV Holding Tank Monitor?
Hey Larry. The SeeLeveL RV Holding Tank Monitor item # SE84VR can only monitor four tanks which is why there's only buttons for Fresh, Gray, Black, and Galley tanks. The Fresh, Black, and Galley tanks can have two sensors, or senders, installed inside them, which I am guessing is where you got seven from. Unless you have an extra spot open you'll need to purchase another display like item # SE97VR and sensor item # SE27VR for your second black tank.
