Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. And today, we're gonna take a brief look at this raised ball attachment for your Shocker bumper hitches. This raised ball attachment with this 2 5/16 inch hitch ball is going to work with your Shocker Hitch Air, XRC, XR, and Impact series bumper mounted hitches, giving you a rise of up to about two inches and a drop down to about one inch. The mounting hole for our hitch ball, the diameter of that hole is about an inch and a quarter. And the ball shank length is sitting right at 2 3/4 inches long.

As you can see, a lock washer and nut are included with this. And this is made here in the USA. And the steel ball is zinc plated to resist rust and corrosion. And this mount is shot blasted and powder coated to prevent rust and corrosion. Now, this has a gross towing weight when this raised ball attachment is used with a Shocker Hitch 2 5/16 inch ball of 20,000 pounds and a tongue weight of 2,000 pounds.

And then if you use this with a Shocker Hitch two-inch ball, the gross towing weight is going to be 10,000 pounds with a tongue weight of 1,000 pounds. But you do wanna remember that a towing setup is always limited by its lowest rated component, whether that be your vehicle, your hitch, or another component. So, this is going to work seamlessly with those Shocker Hitch bumper mounted hitches. So, you're not gonna have to worry about this is gonna fit or not. And that's gonna conclude our look today.
