After someone stole this piece off my bike rack I was pretty stoked to find the same part on etrailer.com. This part is the excitedly the same as the original, just in black instead of gray.

How to Select Correct Replacement Wheel Hoops
It may be possible to replace the wheel cradles of your TransIT Flatbed 4DLX though we do not carry that brand so you will need to know how the cradles go on the rack and I wasn't able to tell from my research exactly how the cradle went on this rack. If they slide on and are square you may be able to use the 1-1/4" Replacement Wheel Loop - SportRack # 05004700000 (Right Side) or # 05004800000 (Left Side), or if they are 1-3/16" there are the Replacement Wheel Hoops # P318. If the wheel loops from your SportRack 2 Bike Hitch Mounted Rack, part # A30901, can no longer get tight enough to prevent them from moving back and forth, it is most likely time for you to upgrade to newer ones as the wheel loops you have sound like they are worn out. What Size Support Tube will the Sport Rack Bike Wheel Cradle Hoop Fit On
I went down to our showroom and measured the square support tube that the Right Side Sportrack Replacement Wheel Loop, # 05004700000, and the Left Side Sportrack Replacement Wheel Loop, # 05004800000, slide on to, and it is 1-1/4 inches square with slightly rounded corners.

You are correct that we only carry the replacement as the entire cradle with the Replacement Wheel Loop - SportRack Wheel-Mounted Bike Racks part # 05004800000. These could potentially be sourced at a hardware store if you choose to. I understand that a handle screw is less than likely to be available but if you use a standard nylon lock nut and set it up the first time you are unlikely to move the cradle location again if you're carrying the same bikes time after time.
