Super quick shipping & excellent customer service! My husband left the top of our bike rack on the back bumper of the cameper & took off; losing it somewhere along the way. I was so grateful I could just order the piece we needed without having to purchase a whole new one! The company had followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely order from etrailer again!

We do have a replacement top plate for a 4-bike carrier. It is the Swagman Replacement Top Plate # P113 for a Hidden Hitch bike carrier. Swagman once manufactured bike racks for Hidden Hitch and Reese and this product features vinyl padding on the underside of the plate to protect the bike frame and 3 hand knobs with standard 2 inch long bolts securing the plate to the bike rack.

Swagman once made the bike racks for Reese, including your Outfitter rack. You can use the Replacement Top Plate for Swagman Original Series 4 Bike Carriers # P113. This includes the plate and knobs. This may differ slightly from the original part but it will work.

Replacement Top Plate, Knobs, and Bolts for a 2007 Swagman Original Bike Rack
Sorry to hear about the stroke of bad luck with the thief. We do have a replacement top plate, bolts, and knobs for the Swagman Original bike rack, # S64400. You will need replacement plate # P113. It comes with the plate itself, bolts, and knobs. Current pricing is available on the product page. Nuts are not available. All you would need to do is remove all of the old parts from the damaged top plate and put the new plate and parts in their place.

Availability of Replacement Top Plate and Cradle Pads for Swagman Original Bike Rack, Part # S64400
Swagman does indeed offer replacement top plates. If your rack is an older model, manufactured between 1999-2008, you would use part # P113. If your rack was manufactured after 2008, you would use the # P121 top plate. The replacement cradle pads are also available. They are sold individually as part # P0023.

Swagman once manufactured bike racks for Reese and Hidden Hitch. The Outfitter model was one of those bike racks. If you have the 3 bike version, then you will use the Replacement Top Plate for Hidden Hitch Bike Rack # SP-102 if you have 5 inch measurements on center for the padding.
